A new student development is coming to Maquarie Park.

Student housing is set to go up a level of luxury with the launch of a new $130 million development in Sydney’s northwest.

The Epiisod project by Centurion Corporation will include a sauna, ice pools and housekeeping services in purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA).

Reported to be about 13 floors, the project in Macquarie Park will include accommodation for 732 students, who will be able to move in over 2026.

The $132m project will include hotel-like amenities including a rooftop infinity pool, wellness centre with sauna, ice pool and yoga facilities, dedicated study areas and communal zones for students.

Tech-driven features are also in focus, with expected inclusions of keyless smart entry, smart home IoT systems and an exclusive ‘Resident App’ to offer quick access to residential services and support, parcel management and timely updates.

An Epiisod experience program is also planned to offer residents perks, such as weekday breakfasts, housekeeping services, gym training sessions, curated events as well as work and leadership opportunities.

Environmental inclusions such as solar power, preservation of blue-gum trees, indoor landscaping and natural outdoor green spaces will also be included in the design.

Beyond Macquarie Park, Centurion has plans in progress to develop properties in Melbourne and Perth in the coming years.
