Due to the severely limited supply of suitable accommodations in the NYC metropolis, we concentrate primarily on representation of Buyers/Tenants. During interviews with potential purchasers and lessees, we ensure that they fully comprehend realities of the market. If buyers/tenants so choose, they can engage us as their exclusive agent to identify, negotiate and secure adequate accommodations. Using unconventional methods and aggressive negotiating skills, we pursue off-market and unlisted properties. We surf the REO, tax lien and foreclosure auction spaces. We initiate purchase offers, manage bargaining and press relentlessly to win a closing for our clients.
Investment Property
