realMLS adds transparency platform Rayse as a member benefit

Access to the real estate platform Rayse has been provided to all realMLS members at no additional cost. The platform, designed to improve transparency in real estate transactions, is now available through agents’ realMLS dashboards and at rayse.com/realmls.

The rollout comes on the heels of a major platform update from Rayse, which recently added tools for home sellers.

Previously focused on buyers, the expanded platform now allows agents to provide visibility across the full transaction process — something many in the industry are pushing for as real estate practices adjust to changes stemming from the 2024 antitrust commission lawsuits.

According to data from Rayse, 46% of consumers believe agents spend fewer than 15 hours on a purchase deal, while the actual average is closer to 87 hours. Additionally, 96% of consumers expressed interest in real-time updates on their agent’s efforts, and 64% said they would consider paying more if such transparency were available.
