These Hobart homes could crack top 10 sales of 2025

To crack the top 10 home sales of the year list in 2024, buyers needed a minimum spend of $3.625m.

But this has not been the case so far in 2025.

To the halfway point this year, homes in the $2.75m-plus range are ranked in the top sales list.

So the question is, are there any current listings that could leapfrog sales from the first half of the year?

Considering the substantial, premium quality, remarkable, enviably located properties that are on the market, the answer is a big, loud “Yes!”.
