Delta Goodrem is performing at Burleigh Heads prize home, Dune

Aussie pop darling Delta Goodrem has swapped the stadium stage for the comparatively intimate setting of a $13 million Gold Coast mansion.

The singer-songwriter and TV personality will perform a private show at Dune, a spectacular designer home in Burleigh Heads which is up for grabs in Dream Home Art Union’s latest prize home lottery.

Twelve-time ARIA winner Goodrem headlines the unique live event on November 12, to be hosted by Smooth FM’s Cameron Daddo.

Dream Home Art Union partnered with NOVA Entertainment for the once-only performance, Delta Live at Dune, with listeners across Nova and Smooth able to enter for the chance to see the superstar at the house.

Lotteries general manager Ben Sawkins said the collaboration was an exciting opportunity to “bring this incredible experience to life”.

“Delta Live at Dune combines world-class entertainment with the chance to win the luxurious Burleigh Dune dream, all while supporting veterans and their families through RSL Queensland,” Mr Sawkins said.

The mansion is the major prize in a current prize home lottery

Dune sold to the prize home charity in an off-market $12m deal in March, smashing the popular beachside suburb’s previous house price record of $11m, set by the same property when it last changed hands.

Coastal agent Ed Cherry handled the sale.

“It’s an iconic sale for Burleigh Heads based on the architecture and it’s definitely added hype to Burleigh Hill,” Mr Cherry said.

“Burleigh has always had its key sales that really elevate the area but the buzz is still here and this sale is a testament to that.”

Graya director Rob Gray and wife Meghan bought the 531sq m block on Burleigh Hill for $2.78m in June 2022, planning Dune as a flagship property showcasing the company’s cutting-edge ethos as they expanded into the Gold Coast’s lucrative apartment market.

PropTrack data shows house prices in Burleigh Heads were up 35.4 per cent over the past year to a median of $1.855m.
