Real Brokerage adds California firm via private-label program

Showcase Real Estate — a Yuba City, California-based brokerage — has joined The Real Brokerage under its private-label program.

Led by broker-owner Donna Phelan, Showcase Real Estate brings 45 agents to Real, expanding the firm’s presence across a seven-county region in Northern California.

Since 2018, Showcase has closed more than 2,170 transactions totaling $826 million in sales volume, including $115 million across 267 deals in the past year alone.

Phelan — who started her real estate career in relocation — co-founded Showcase Real Estate with her husband, building the firm’s foundation on land development, new construction and resales.

The brokerage also developed a specialization in real estate-owned sales during the 2008 housing downturn, working with major financial institutions on post-foreclosure transactions.

The program is designed for independent brokerages seeking to scale while maintaining their identity and is available in states that permit this model.
