Qualia announces personalization upgrades to Qualia Connect

Real estate closing platform Qualia would like to reintroduce the industry to its product Qualia Connect, which is now a branded multi-channel communications platform for personalized real estate closings and no longer just a document portal.

The company says that this evolution enables title and escrow professionals to deliver personalized client experiences at scale. With the new features, title and escrow professionals using Qualia Connect are now able to communicate with clients through their preferred channels, including email and text. 

Qualia Texting will be launching in October of this year, and it will allow professionals to engage directly with clients via SMS, within the Qualia platform. 

“Our customers told us they need to deliver a more modern, personal closing experience to differentiate, compete, and grow,” Charlotte Brown, Qualia’s vice president of product and design, said in a statement. “We reimagined Connect to not only meet their evolving needs but also provide a true competitive advantage.” 

In addition to these new modes of communication, the enhanced product also includes features designed to boost efficiency, security and personalization, including Magic Links, which gives clients secure access to requests and documents without the need for them to have a username and password. 

Qualia Connect users also now have the ability to customize Connect with their own logo and brand colors.

The updated Qualia Connect also incorporates an AI tool that extracts data from messages and automatically generates appropriate email responses.

In February, Qualia announced a series of security upgrades to its platform. These enhancements are exclusive to Qualia’s Shield solution, a wire fraud detection system designed for title and escrow professionals.

The upgrades included added protection for low-risk wire transfers of up to $1 million. with wire transfer insurance backed by London-based insurance company Lloyd’s.

They also aded email verification with an Email Link feature that allows title and escrow agents to determine whether an email is from known or unknown email addresses.
