MoxiWorks promotes Dave Greenbaum to chief customer officer

MoxiWorks has promoted Dave Greenbaum to chief customer officer, a newly established executive role that will oversee the companyh’s customer experience strategy.

Greenbaum, who previously served as vice president of customer engagement, will report to CEO Eric Elfman.

His expanded responsibilities include leading client success initiatives, managing customer support operations, and driving long-term retention and satisfaction efforts across the company’s network of more than 3,000 brokerages and 400,000 real estate agents.

“Dave’s leadership is defined by his deep empathy for customers and an unrelenting focus on outcomes,” Elfman said. “He’s a natural fit for this role and has already made a lasting impact on how we support and grow with our customers. As we continue to evolve our platform, Dave will ensure our clients remain at the heart of everything we do.”

Greenbaum joined MoxiWorks in 2022 through its acquisition of ActivePipe, where he held several operational leadership roles.

At MoxiWorks, he has led a number of structural changes in customer organization, including the implementation of new support models and closer integration between customer-facing teams and product development.

Under his leadership, the company reported a customer satisfaction score above 95%.

Before his tenure at MoxiWorks and ActivePipe, Greenbaum spent more than 15 years in leadership positions across the proptech and packaging sectors with a focus on sales, operations and client success.
