Despite its soggy state, the property is on the market for US200,000 (AU$306,000), promising boundless opportunities for the imaginative buyer.

Interestingly, this island last changed hands in 2020 for a mere US50,000 (AU$76,000). Initially listed at the start of June for US250,000 ($AU382,000), the asking price has since been reduced, sparking further intrigue.
