First look: Gold Coast’s new $400m estate with 230 new homes

Lakeside Villas is the latest precinct within Lakeside at Serenity 4212.

One of the Gold Coast’s most active masterplanned communities has unveiled a new $400m lifestyle precinct, providing a first look at its newest waterfront villas and apartments.

More than 500 construction jobs and 230 new dwellings will be created in the next five years at Lakeside, the latest precinct within the 65ha Serenity 4212 masterplan at Hope Island being delivered by Joint Venture partners Keylin and Kinstone Group.

Lakeside development manager Joe Simpson said Serenity 4212 had become one of the busiest masterplanned communities on the northern Gold Coast, with multiple residential precincts under construction.

“In the past few months we have seen a surge in activity, from the recent completion of Serenity Reserve’s collection of 86 townhomes to the advanced construction of Lakeside Villas, which will be ready to move in by Spring 2025,” Mr Simpson said.

“We also have some exciting plans for the precinct in the pipeline.

“It’s been a tremendous undertaking, but we’ve been able to deliver each stage steadily which is a testament to everyone involved. We’ll continue this momentum with Lakeside Apartments South, which is the next project to break ground within the precinct.”
