Mummy blogger Constance Hall has sold the bohemian home she owned with her estranged husband after a prolonged campaign plagued by a low-ball offer from a high-profile buyer.

Aussie mummy blogger Constance Hall has sold the home she owned with her estranged husband following a “stressful” campaign.

The mum-of-seven, best known for her gritty Facebook blog, revealed she fielded “extremely low cash offers from very rich well-known families” over the four months since her home was listed with a $1.295m asking price.

In a post shared with her 1.3m followers, Hall said she struggled with “opening my home every week for the local public to judge”.

“It’s more because of the haters and…the ones who love a bit of goss,” she shared.

“That was more stressful than I thought it would be.

“The more public life’s become the more private I’ve made my home.”

She said she was starting to fear the “right buyer might never come”, revealing another hopeful buyer’s finance had fell through.

The house had been on the market since April

Property records show Hall purchased the six-bedroom, two-bathroom house in Margaret River, Western Australia with former partner Bill Mahon for $580,000 in 2016.

She split from Mahon the following year, with the British carpenter levelling cheating allegations her way, two years after Hall’s post describing the couple’s “parent sex” went viral.

The home, described as a “art house treehouse…fit for a queen”, was marketed by Mi Casa Property Boutique agent Leann Jones.

It was marked as “under offer”, however the sale price was not disclosed ahead of settlement.

Set mid tall gum trees on a 501 sqm lot, the house was designed by a local architect and built in 2008, undergoing a major renovation in 2018.

Ms Jones’ listing describes the master bedroom as “a Queen’s retreat”, accessed by a spiral staircase and featuring a private balcony and spa.

The 41-year-old personality, whose online fashion business was put into voluntary administration in 2024, had moved out of the three-storey house in 2020, after her partner Denim was injured in a motorcycle accident.

Records show she paid $1.03m for a 1950s-built house in a Perth suburb in 2023.

Hall revealed the family was planning an extension to their current home with “the most epic kids’ rooms with secret hidey holes and tunnels into their siblings’ rooms”, along with self-contained accommodation to help single mums in need.

PropTrack data shows a typical house in Margaret River costs $856,000, up 12.9 per cent since last year.
