Bondi sub-penthouse below Wallaby legend has $18m guide
This subpenthouse in Bondi Beach’s Hall & Campbell development has an $18m price guide.
A Bondi Beach sub penthouse has just been listed right below a penthouse bought for $23m by a Wallaby legend.
Jason Little, who played 75 Test matches for the Australian rugby union team between 1989 and 2000 and is now the Goodman Australia chief, reportedly bought the penthouse in the Hall & Campbell last June when it was just a shell.
It’s expected it’ll cost between $4m and $5m to fit out the 363sqm space.
Now, with the boutique block of seven luxury apartments developed by Capitel and Rebel Property’s Allen Linz and Eduard Litver finished, the display apartment is ready for viewing at 301/124 Campbell Pde via Caroline Fagerlund of SRM Residential.
She has an $18m price guide.

Former Wallaby Jason Little in the France Vs Australia Rugby Union Test in 1997 … fast forward 27 years and he’s set to move into a $23m Bondi Beach penthouse.
The sub-penthouse has just been completed and is now ready for viewing.
Interiors are by the celebrated design firm Richards Stanisich.
The four-bedroom 334sqm two-level residence offers open-plan spaces extending to large balconies orientated to capture views over Bondi Beach.
Interiors are by the celebrated design firm Richards Stanisich, with oak, Travertine, and Astor Nickel trims throughout.
The stunning residence comes with three car spots and has access to the Bondi Pacific’s wellness facilities by the team from Bondi Beach Fit and Slow House.
The sub-penthouse is over two levels.
It offers 334sqm of living space.
Hall & Campbell continues a strong legacy of luxury projects in Bondi over the past 15 years, such as Bondi Pacific and The Bondi.
The biggest price paid in Bondi Beach is $32m, but that was for a consolidation of three penthouses in the Bondi Pacific next door.
More relevant is the AYA penthouse in Hall St, which sold for circa $22m last September … unlike Hall & Campbell, it’s not even on the beachfront and you can’t even see the beach.
Also of note is the Mayfair penthouse at 58 Campbell Pde, which sold for $22m last year equating to $118k per sqm.
