Menangle Park has just celebrated the grand opening of its highly anticipated Display Village – a showcase of 34 beautifully designed homes that reveal how life in South West Sydney is changing.

“We had a great grand opening of the display village and over 1000 people came along to see the homes and celebrate,” says Jesse Johnson, sales manager at Urban Land Housing.

The event set a festive tone with food trucks, kids’ activities, giveaways and plenty of inspiration for new homebuyers.

“The feedback we got from the builders was that it was one of the biggest turnouts they’ve seen for a village opening,” Mr Johnson says.

“We had buyers who were looking to buy, and buyers who had already bought and wanted to go through and talk to the builders.”

Across the Display Village, visitors can explore homes by some of NSW’s leading names — including Everyday Homes, Domaine Homes, Firstyle Homes, Sundancer Homes and Practical Homes — alongside boutique and mid-tier builders.

Designs range from compact, affordable options through to expansive family residences, all created to achieve a 7-Star BASIX rating and light-coloured roofscapes that enhance energy efficiency and keep the neighbourhood cooler in summer.

At the recently opened Display Village, buyers can see the range of Menangle Park home designs on offer.

Space to move, grow and thrive

One of the standout features of Menangle Park is its flexibility.

Land is available from 250sqm to more than 6,700sqm, with prices starting from $499,000, giving buyers the freedom to build a home that fits their stage of life.

“There is land for first-home buyers, families and upsizers seeking a spacious rural lifestyle,” Mr Johnson says.

“In the display village there are affordable homes and homes with more luxurious finishes and extras.”

For those chasing the dream of rural-inspired living, the upcoming Stage Four South release features blocks ranging from 6,500sqm to 2.15 hectares, priced from $1.25 million.

Builders such as Better Built Homes, Verona Homes, Fowler Homes and G.J. Gardner Homes are already designing custom homes suited to these larger sites.

With a range of site sizes and close connection to parks, transport, and more, there’s something for everyone at Menangle Park.

Community on the rise

With six stages already sold out , momentum at Menangle Park continues to build.

“The Spring Farm Parkway’s direct access to the motorway has really opened people’s eyes up to Menangle Park’s value for money within close proximity to the city,” Johnson says.

Buyers so far have been mostly owner-occupiers — from first-time homeowners to growing families — but investor interest is also rising, with around 400 blocks expected to settle before year’s end.

Beyond the display homes, Dahua Group’s masterplan for Menangle Park will deliver more than 4,000 homes across 498 hectares, including 41 hectares of open parkland, a future town centre with retail, dining and shopping, and a future onsite early learning and childcare centre.

When complete, it will also feature sporting reserves, schools, and pedestrian-friendly green links that bring the community together.

“The benefit is that you’ve got all of the amenity there, but also there’s good access to the Sydney CBD via train and road if you need,” Mr Johnson says.

“You’ve got good schools in the area, Macarthur Square for shopping, and it’s close to Campbelltown.”
