Aperture Global Real Estate expands into Montana

LPT Realty founder Robert Palmer is launching his latest venture — Aperture Global Real Estate — in Big Sky, Montana.

Aperture, the luxury affiliate of LPT Realty, has established a presence in 17 U.S. states and four international cities.

The firm’s expansion comes on the heels of Palmer’s success with LPT Realty, which rose to become one of RealTrends Verified’s top 10 brokerages in the U.S. in under three years.

Spearheading the Montana launch is agent Martha Johnson, who recorded more than $346 million in 2024 closed sales.

“This isn’t just a market, it’s home,” Johnson said. “People come to Montana for the space, the stillness, and the strength of the community. Robert Palmer and the team at Aperture understand that. This isn’t simply a brokerage, it’s a platform to reach people who care about where and how they live.”

Joining Johnson are several other notable Montana real estate professionals; Matt Zaremba and Allen Potts of the Zaremba Potts Group; Suzanne and Mazie Schreiner; and Scott Altman.

Collectively, this group surpassed $500 million in closed sales in 2024.

LPT Realty and Aperture recently announced their reservation of a combined Nasdaq stock ticker as they prepare for an initial public offering.
